Terms of Service

Marketing OS is a marketing publishing and measurement system operated by Dot Com Services Ltd. (“DotCOM Services”), the company behind MaiaHost. It publishes content to brand accounts that we operate, or that their owners have expressly authorized us to operate, and it retrieves the engagement statistics of that content. Access is currently by arrangement (operated early access): there is no self-service signup, and the app creates no accounts of its own.

• An account is connected only through the platform’s own authorization flow, completed by the account’s owner.
• Every piece of content is reviewed and approved by a human operator before the app publishes it. The app schedules and executes; it does not decide.
• Published content complies with the platform’s community guidelines and applicable law; the connecting account owner remains responsible for the content published under their account.

The content of marketing-os.me is provided for information about the product. Sending a message through the contact form creates no engagement or obligation on either side; early-access arrangements are made in writing, separately. The site’s design, text and imagery belong to Dot Com Services Ltd. — the imagery is produced in our own creative studio.

The app is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Dot Com Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect damages arising from the app’s use. Access can be revoked by the account owner at any time in the platform’s settings.
