Marketing OS (“the app”) is a marketing publishing and measurement system operated by Dot Com Services Ltd. (“DotCOM Services”), the company behind MaiaHost. It is used by our team to plan, produce and publish content to brand accounts we operate or whose owners have expressly authorized us, and to read back the engagement statistics of that content. There is no self-service signup: every connected account is connected deliberately, by its owner.

What data the app handles#

  • Account authorization tokens (OAuth access and refresh tokens) for accounts whose owners explicitly connect them. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest on infrastructure we control, and are never shared with third parties.
  • Basic account identity of connected accounts (account ID and display name), used only to label the connection inside the tool.
  • Content we publish through the connected accounts, and the engagement statistics of that content (views, likes, comments, shares) as reported by the platform’s API.

What the app does not do#

  • It does not collect data about any platform user other than the connected accounts’ own posts.
  • It does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
  • It does not use data for advertising profiles, tracking, or automated decision-making about people.
  • It does not knowingly process data of children.

Storage and retention#

Tokens and statistics are stored on servers operated by us (MaiaHost infrastructure). Tokens are kept for as long as the account remains connected; statistics are kept as a historical record of our own published content. Disconnecting an account (see below) invalidates its token, which is then deleted.

Your choices#

A connected account’s owner can revoke the app’s access at any time in the platform’s own settings (on TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps and services), or by writing to support@maiahost.com, upon which we delete the stored token.

This website#

The marketing-os.me website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you use the contact form, the details you submit (name, email, and anything you write) are delivered to us by email and used only to reply to you — they are not added to any marketing list and not shared with anyone. Our web server keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting, rotated on a short schedule.

Scope of this policy#

This policy covers the Marketing OS app and the marketing-os.me website. MaiaHost’s web-hosting services are governed by their own terms and policies at maiahost.com.
